Ryan S. Jenkins is an English-speaking clinical hypnotherapist based in Barcelona, working with the city's international and expat community. His interest in therapeutic and transformational practice was shaped in part by exposure to indigenous healing traditions, which he later combined with structured, formal clinical training.

He practises solution-focused clinical hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and transformational coaching, supporting clients with anxiety, confidence, habits and personal change, meditation and stress management.

His approach blends hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching tools to help clients move toward what he describes as "profound transformations", focusing on practical, solution-oriented techniques rather than long, open-ended analysis.

Sessions generally combine a discussion of the client's goals with hypnotic and NLP-based techniques tailored to the person, along with guidance on self-hypnosis practice to use between sessions.

He holds a Diploma in Hypnotherapy (Dip Hyp) and a Hypnotherapy Diploma (HDP), is a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists (International) [MNCH(intl)] and a Qualified Practitioner of the General Hypnotherapists Register (GHQP, UK). He is also a Master Practitioner in NLP, trained among others in schools associated with Richard Bandler and Adam Eason.

He works with an international clientele in Barcelona, in English, on an appointment basis, and also offers remote video sessions for clients who cannot attend in person.
